i. Bantu is a label of over 300 ethnic groups of the people of sub-equatorial Africa who originated from the region around modern day Cameroon.

ii. Diaspora is a term derived from Greek to mean “scatter” or “disperse”. In its common usage refers to movement of people from their native homeland.

ii. About 2500-3000 years ago peoples around the regions of modern day Cameroon began a wave of migrations that are known as Bantu Migration, which are seen as the largest migration in history.
